Express Recruitment are delighted to be working with a well-known organisation who support individuals around the Nottingham area, and they are seeking a Temporary Kitchen Assistant to join their team starting immediately. The role will allow you to get involved in food preparation, serving and general kitchen support.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a wide range of food items such as sandwiches and salads
• Train on and use several different kitchen appliances
• Clean both back-of-house and front-of-house areas, and maintain an outstanding food hygiene rating
• Accept and pack away both consumable and non-consumable deliveries
• Support the team with offering the highest standards of customer service

Skills & Experience

• Available to start as soon as possible, happy to work on own and in a team
• Prior experience in a kitchen environment with experience using grills or fryers beneficial but not essential
• Strong drive to professionally develop and take on new responsibilities
• Confident and bubbly individual
