The ideal candidate will hold experience working with bespoke computer systems and be able to input data with high levels of accuracy.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist with a range of administrative tasks for the team
• Ensure all confidential records are kept up to date
• Answer telephones, signpost callers and take detailed messages
• Type email correspondence, letters, memos and call information
• Adhere to internal service level agreements and confidentiality procedures

Skills & Experience

• Previous office based administration experience
• Strong adherence to the Data Protection Act
• Strong IT skills to include full MS Office suite
• Professional and approachable telephone manner
• Able to work well on own initiative
