Roles & Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers
• Meet and greet clients upon arrival
• Provide general administration support to the team
• Book and manage client appointments
• Complete daily supply checks and replenish when required

Skills & Experience 

• Customer service experience desirable
• Professional telephone manner
• Great attention to detail
• Able to manage own workload
• Can work well on own initiative
