Express Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a School who currently require an experienced Receptionist on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be working alongside a warm team who commit to preparing students for academic success through positivity and passion for learning.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls and take relevant detailed messages
• Handle queries and monitor first line enquiries on the reception front
• Asist with student welfare duties and liaise with parents
• Organise and enter confidential student data onto the SIMS database
• Organise and prioritise daily tasks

Skills and Qualifications

• Previous administration or receptionist experience is desirable
• Professional and polite telephone manner
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Proficient in all Microsoft office packages

Vacancy Summary

Hours: Wednesday to Friday 8:30 till 4:30, 5 mornings 8:30 till 12:15, 3 mornings (8:30 until 12:15) and 2 afternoons (12pm until 3:45pm)

Salary: £11.44 Per Hour D.O.E. + Holiday Pay

Location: Leicester, Leicestershire
