We are seeking a Plumbing Project Executive to lead the identification and tagging of up to 15,000 Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) assets across multiple client sites. The contract is based across a couple of client sites close to Greenwich and offers pay of up to £22 per hour if taken on an umbrella or Ltd company basis.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct surveys to identify and catalogue up to 15,000 Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) assets across client sites
• Accurately label assets with unique identification tags in line with company standards.
• Record detailed asset information, including condition, location, and specifications, using asset management software
• Collaborate with site managers to ensure efficient access to equipment and minimal disruption
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards while working on-site
• Produce detailed reports of tagged assets for client records and management

Skills & Experience

• Plumbing and gas qualifications essential
• Proven experience in asset tagging, particularly M&E equipment
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Familiarity with asset management systems and tagging software
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and equipment schematics
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to travel to multiple sites as required

The successful candidate must be able to pass a BPSS check meaning it is essential to have 5 years of continuous UK address history.
