Express Recruitment is looking for a temporary Workforce Planner join one of the region’s largest employers. The ideal candidate will have the understanding of a proactive approach to workforce planning and the ability to solve problems. You will also ideally have previous experience in workforce planning and talent management.

Roles & Responsibilities 

• Closely work with senior managers to identify the current and future skills need of the business
• Keep up to date with national developments around legislation and policy as well as
• Ensure good practice is maintained for the wider business sector
• Work closely with internal teams to identify areas for improvement
• Analyse the workforce and provide data for the consideration for leadership teams
• Liaise with external suppliers and manage contracts

Skills & Experience 

• The ability to meet and deliver on agreed targets
• Good IT skills including MS Office packages
• Holds a degree or the equivalent level (CIPD qualification)
• Great knowledge of principles a practice of workforce planning
