Roles and Responsibilities

• Managing a diverse portfolio of client matters, including drafting estate planning documents, overseeing powers of attorney, establishing and administering trusts, dealing with probate matters, and facilitating posthumous variations to estate plans
• Ensuring progress on client matters whilst providing regular updates to deliver a high standard of service
• Adhering to professional standards and regulatory requirements for document and case management
• Leveraging the firm’s reputation to attract new clients and participating in outreach and promotional activities
• Collaborating with professionals and contacts through both individual and group networking efforts.

Skills and Experience

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in Wills and Probate
• Ability to manage own caseload with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong commercial acumen, with desire to build upon an already successful division
