Property Administrator

Overview

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Administrator to join a well-established and highly regarded estate agency in Beeston. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous estate agency or property administration experience who is looking to take the next step in their career and become a key part of a successful and busy branch.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the sales team, managing property listings and ensuring the smooth running of the branch. This is a varied and fast-paced position where no two days will be the same, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-focused environment and enjoys being at the heart of the property sales process.

Skills & Experience
  • Previous property administration or estate agency experience is essential.
  • Strong understanding of the property sales process and the administration involved.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to build strong rapport with clients.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
  • Professional, proactive and confident when dealing with customers and property professionals.
  • Competent using Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience using property portals and CRM systems would be highly advantageous
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Creating, uploading and maintaining eye-catching property advertisements across Rightmove, other major property portals and the company website.
  • Booking valuations, viewings and appointments while confidently managing incoming telephone and email enquiries.
  • Preparing professional property details, sales documentation, brochures and general correspondence.
  • Supporting the sales progression process by liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors and mortgage advisers.
  • Keeping clients updated throughout the process and ensuring transactions progress smoothly.
  • Maintaining accurate property records and updating internal CRM systems.
  • Ensuring all relevant compliance and property documentation is completed accurately and within required timescales.
  • Providing wider administrative support to the branch and sales team as required.
