Car Park Manager

Job Description

Express Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a local business who are looking to recruit a General Manager with experience in car park management, based in Nottingham.

The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role with an understanding of parking-related software.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Contact private land owners in order to discuss car park requirements
• Report/ contract writing based on individual cases
• Issue parking charges to vehicles contravening regulations
• Assist motorists with any general queries
• Manage client accounts
• Support the client on-boarding process in order to gain additional sites
• Assist in the development of business and marketing plans for the company, identifying and qualifying growth potential
• Follow up on marketing generated opportunities

Skills/ Experience:

• Experience in a similar role
• IT literate
• Familiar with relevant software (Zatpark)
• Understanding of PCN / ANPR
• Full, clean UK driving licence
