Job Description

Express Recruitment are proud to be working with a reputable client with offices based across Leicestershire. Our client is currently looking to recruit a number of experienced Administrators, Secretaries and Clerk Typists who can support a number of sensitive departments.

The successful candidates will have previous secretarial experience and strong typing and keyboard skills as minimal training will be offered.

Duties:

  • Complete typing duties using both digital dictation and copy typing
  • Answer confidential telephone calls and emails
  • File confidential documentation (paper based and electronic)
  • Enter data onto a bespoke database
  • Cover a busy reception desk when required

Background:

  • Typing speeds over 50wpm, including experience of audio typing
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Knowledge of the Data Protection Act
  • Previous secretarial/administration experience essential
  • Good inputting skills to include MS Word, Outlook and Excel

Salary: c£8.00 - £9.00 per hour D.O.E

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (flexi)

Basis: Temporary, approximately 12 weeks

Location: Leicester
