Recruitment Consultant - Professional & Corporate Support

Cleo started out as our go-to Administrator before her "can-do" attitude naturally led her into a Consultant role. After successfully spinning plates on our busy Temporary desk, she made the move into our Permanent division where she initially specialised in Call Centre, Customer Care and Business Support roles.

Building on this experience, Cleo has continued to progress and now works within our Professional & Corporate Support division, supporting clients and candidates across a range of specialist roles. She has a knack for connecting with people and is known for taking the time to understand what both clients and candidates need. If you need someone who genuinely listens and gets results, Cleo is your consultant.

When she isn’t busy recruitment-slaying, Cleo is usually living life in full colour (specifically pink). She is a huge fan of country music, so you can bet there is a Morgan Wallen track playing whenever she’s around. She loves a good trip away and brings a smile to everything she does.
