How do I refer a friend?
In 4 easy steps, you can be on your way to receive a £250 referral reward for recommending a friend to us for one of our roles. All you have to do is:
- Receive a clear email or text from your friend stating that they are happy for you to pass their information onto us.
- Give us a call on 0115 924 0010 or email us on email@example.com to pass on the contact details and activate the referral offer.
- During this call, our recruitment team will clarify the terms of our referral scheme and the referral fee for when the referred candidate is placed.
- In line with the terms and conditions outlined below, you will receive your referral reward of up to £250*.
What will I receive from the Referral Rewards?
Due to the variety of jobs that we offer, we are offering a Referral Reward of up to £250* depending on the vacancy that the referred candidate is looking for.
For Temporary Candidates:
If the candidate works up to 12 weeks, the Referral Reward is £50.
If the candidate works for over 12 weeks, the Referral Reward is £100.
For Permanent Candidates:
If the referred candidate’s salary is less than £25,000 per annum, the Referral Reward is £75.
If the referred candidate’s agreed starting salary is more than £25,000 and less than £40,000 per annum, the Referral Reward is £100.
If the referred candidate’s salary is more than £40,000 per annum, the Referral Reward is £250
Can I refer more than 1 friend?
Yes, the more the merrier! As a special incentive to invite more friends, we will be offering you an extra £50 on top of your Referral Reward for every 3 successfully-placed referred candidates.

* Terms & Conditions for the Referral Rewards Scheme
Before passing the referred candidate’s information onto Express Recruitment, you must gain explicit permission from them to accept that they are happy with you passing their details onto us.
The referred candidate must be new to Express Recruitment or have not been contacted by a member of our team in the last 12 months.
Temporary candidates who have been referred to us will be required to work a minimum of 222 hours for Express Recruitment’s Temporary Clients before the Referral Reward will be received.
If the referred candidate is for a contract-based vacancy, the Referral Reward will be sent to you after the candidate has completed their fixed-term contract.
For candidates who successfully find a permanent role with Express Recruitment, you will receive your Referral Reward after they have completed their probationary period with the client.
If you have referred more than 3 candidates, you will receive your Referral Reward and Referral Bonus once the 3rd candidate has completed their probation, contract period or temporary working period outlined in the Terms & Conditions above.
