Business Development Manager – Print

Overview

Express Recruitment are proud to be working in continued partnership with a leading technical services provider who, due to growth, are seeking an experienced Field Sales Professional to join their print sales team, covering the Cambridge area.

The successful candidate will have a good technical understanding of the Managed Print Industry, with experience in both managing business relationships, and line management.

There is an excellent remuneration package on offer, including a basic salary up to £40k with an uncapped commission structure offering a realistic OTE of £75k, company car or car allowance, generous pension scheme, perkbox discount programme, free flu vaccinations and free eye tests.

Skills & Experience
  • Proven field sales success within the Managed Print industry, or related
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex tech to non-technical clients
  • Self-driven and solution-focused, with a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Full UK driving licence
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Deliver proactive, consultative support to drive client retention and revenue growth by understanding business needs and providing value-adding solutions
  • Engage with new and existing customers to secure and expand IT support contracts
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, from lead generation to closing deals and post-sales support
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored IT solutions, with a focus on cloud, security, and infrastructure
  • Monitor market trends to refine offerings, stay competitive, and provide insightful reporting to leadership
