Overview

Express Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with an established and growing legal practice, as they look to recruit a Commercial Solicitor to join their busy and supportive team.

You will play an integral role within the business, advising a diverse client base on a broad range of commercial matters while providing pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven solicitor looking to develop their career within a forward-thinking and collaborative legal practice.

Skills & Experience
  • Qualified Solicitor with post-qualification experience within a commercial legal environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of commercial law and contract matters
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to provide practical, client-focused advice
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Manage a varied commercial caseload from initial instruction through to conclusion
  • Advise businesses and individuals on a broad range of commercial legal matters
  • Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements
  • Advise on terms and conditions, supplier and customer agreements, and business-to-business contracts
  • Assist clients with commercial disputes and contractual issues where required
