Express Recruitment are working in partnership with a UK market leader in this space, who are looking to recruit an ambitious individual to join their inbound enquiries team. The company have ambitious growth plans, offer fantastic offices and offers the right individual excellent progression routes. The role offers a starting salary of £26,000 - £28,000 + the ability to earn up to £6k bonus payments. In peak periods (c3 months of the year), it is expected that candidates work 1 in 4 Saturday mornings during probation period, with time off in lieu.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a sales or customer enquiries environment, and take responsibility for closing new customer enquiries, promoting product information and additional services, as well as managing relationships with current clients. the successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in a professional office based environment.
