Customer Service Advisor

Overview

Express Recruitment are proud to be working with a growing and forward-thinking business who are looking to recruit a Customer Sales Advisor to join their busy, high-performing team. There is an excellent remuneration package on offer including a basic salary of c£25k-30k plus up to c£200 per month bonus, 32 days holiday per year, access to a company gym, and genuine career progression opportunities within a business that invests in its people.

Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience within a telephone-based customer service role, ideally business to business
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical information to customers
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer enquiries and orders simultaneously
  • Passion for providing excellent customer service and excellent relationship-building skills
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers, including email and online chat
  • Provide guidance on products, services, and solutions
  • Identify opportunities to upsell products and services
  • Maintain accurate records of customers and transactions
  • Prepare documentation including invoices, proformas, credit notes, and shipping labels
  • Maintain accurate customer and order records
