Express Recruitment are working with a respected and forward-thinking engineering business who are looking to recruit an Electrician to join their growing team on a full-time, permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be based within the West Midlands, with the role involving regular travel to client and project sites across the region and occasional nationwide support. Candidates will need to be comfortable with occasional lodging away from home when required.
The organisation delivers specialist electrical engineering, maintenance and project services across a range of industrial and infrastructure environments. Their work includes electrical installations, planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding, testing and commissioning, supporting major projects across areas such as water and wastewater infrastructure, treatment plants, pumping stations, MCCs, control panels, distribution systems and associated equipment.
The role offers a salary of £21.50 per hour based on a 40-hour working week, with overtime paid at 1.5x Monday to Saturday morning, 1.5x Saturday afternoon and 2x on Sundays. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrician to join a growing engineering business and work across a varied portfolio of electrical maintenance, installation, testing and commissioning projects.
