Mortgage Valuations Chartered Surveyor

Offering a salary of up to £70,000 (dependent on experience), alongside an excellent uncapped bonus scheme with an OTE around c£15,000, car allowance, and a comprehensive benefits package including car allowance, private healthcare, pension, gym membership, death in service and more.

The successful candidate will hold an AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualification and with post-qualification experience. You'll be responsible for managing your own dedicated geographical patch, carrying out residential valuations and surveys while delivering a high standard of customer service.

The locations our client are looking to hire in are: Bath, Bolton, Worthing, Carlisle, Bridgend and the Valleys, Chelmsford, Rugby and Kettering, Dartford, Huddersfield and Wakefield, Central and North Liverpool, Lancaster, Leicester, Grantham, Kings Lynn and Norfolk, Preston, Worksop and Doncaster, South West Wales, Southampton, Stoke, and Worcester and Hereford.
