Overview

Express Recruitment are currently recruiting for an established, renowned Nottingham-based brand who, due to and exciting period of growth, are recruiting for multiple multilingual customer service advisors to join their expanding team.

Candidates must be fluent in one of more of Italian, French, Spanish, German, Norwegian, Danish, Swedish or Polish.

Skills & Experience
  • Fluent in at least one of Italian, French, Spanish, German, Norwegian, Danish, Swedish or Polish
  • Professional telephone manner and communication skills essential
  • Experience in a specific telephone-based customer service role highly advantageous
  • Strong IT skills, confident with MS office functions
  • Ability to work under pressure, must remain calm during busy periods
 
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Resolve customer enquiries via telephone and email
  • Work closely with colleagues to resolve every query quickly and efficiently
  • Support with general administration tasks as required
  • Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the ordering CRM system
  • Managing stock and ordering online systems
