Residential Conveyancer – Sleaford

Overview

Express Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established legal firm who are looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancing to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancing professional to take responsibility for a full residential caseload, whilst playing an important role in developing client relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the department.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary dependent on experience, alongside the opportunity to join an established and growing legal department. Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience managing a busy residential conveyancing caseload independently
  • Strong understanding of the residential conveyancing process and relevant legal requirements
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a commitment to delivering excellent client care
  • Solicitor or Legal Executive qualification is desirable
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from initial instruction through to completion.
  • Prepare and deal with searches, enquiries, contracts, exchange, completion and post-completion formalities.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, estate agents and other relevant parties throughout the conveyancing process.
  • Generate new business, convert quotations and identify opportunities for cross-referrals across the firm.
  • Ensure all matters are handled accurately and efficiently in line with legal, financial, quality and risk procedures.
