Technology Account Executive

Overview

Express Recruitment are excited to be working with a well-known specialist technology company. Our client is looking for an experienced individual to proactively identify, develop and qualify new business opportunities across both existing and prospective customers, supporting the wider sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth.

Alongside a competitive salary of c£29,000 basic salary there is an attractive commission package of c£10,000, alongside hybrid working arrangements following probation and the opportunity to work alongside an experienced Enterprise Sales team.

Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in a sales role
  • Proven ability to generate and qualify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting
  • Good communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage decision-makers at all levels
  • Commercially driven with excellent time management and the motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • IT literate
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Generate new business through proactive outbound prospecting, warm leads, inbound enquiries and targeted account engagement
  • Research and identify key stakeholders, decision-makers, business challenges and commercial opportunities across target accounts
  • Build and manage your own sales pipeline using HubSpot, maintaining accurate records of customer activity and opportunity progression
  • Arrange and secure discovery meetings, demonstrations, Innovation Centre visits, workshops and executive briefings for the Enterprise Sales team
  • Work closely with Enterprise Account Managers, Sales and Marketing teams to develop opportunities, reactivate dormant accounts and position technology, software and managed service solutions
