Temp to Perm Contracts and Compliance Co-ordinator

Overview

Express Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Building Compliance and Contracts Co-ordinator to join a well-established commercial construction company. Due to continued success with their clients, you’ll be responsible for ensuring all operational tasks are completed, aiding the ability to grow your building compliance knowledge.

The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to work flexibly after the c4 week training period, and in return for your skills and knowledge, additional career development alongside a potential permanent position

Skills & Experience
  • Experience working in a building, property or construction related office-based role
  • Demonstratable knowledge of Building Safety Regulations (BSR) or ISO standards is desirable
  • Proficiency in CAFM or CAD computer packages such as IMB or Facilio
  • Polite and professional telephone manner, ability to communicate at all levels
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update mechanical and electrical testing certificates, updating certifications and building accreditation records
  • Liaise with engineers, contractors, project managers and surveyors to ensure building compliance regulations are met
  • Handle and escalate urgent telephone queries for clients for both reactive and planned PPM
  • Update Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) databases
  • Provide administrative support across compliance and quality assurance functions
