Temporary Administrators Required for Local Authority Clients Across the East Midlands

Overview

Express Recruitment are excited to be working on several exciting projects with their Local Authority and Residential Housing clients, and we are seeking 10+ experienced office professionals to be the first to hear about a range of Temporary Administration opportunities, with new roles becoming available every week.

Whether you’re looking for immediate work, flexible assignments, or the chance to gain experience across different public sector organisations, we are currently working with departments such as Children and Adult Social Services, Fostering & Care, Transport & Warehouse, Building, Facilities & Housing Support and more!

Skills & Experience
  • Demonstratable Public Sector / Local Authority experience including councils and housing associations
  • Ability to use council databases including Mosaic, Oracle, Sap, MS Dynamics and MS Office
  • Polite and professional telephone manner
  • Understanding of safeguarding, GDPR and data sensitivity
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Handle a variety of confidential telephone and email queries on behalf of the public
  • Update bespoke internal Local Authority databases including Mosaic MS Dynamics and MS Office
  • Handle sensitive situations with members of the public, redirect safeguarding issues when required
  • Prepare documents and reports including producing letters, spreadsheets, reports and other documents
  • Support with general financial administration including processing invoices and general payments
