After successfully stepping into the role of Business Analyst & Continuous Improvement Officer, Louise continued to make a significant impact across Express Recruitment, using her analytical skills to improve processes, solve complex problems and support the wider business.

Following her continued development and success, Louise has now progressed into the role of Data and Finance Manager, where she plays a key part in managing our data, reporting and financial processes. With a natural ability to spot opportunities for improvement and a passion for finding smarter ways of working, Louise continues to be an integral part of the team, helping Express Recruitment stay ahead in an ever-changing industry.

Louise’s Leadership, Expertise, Strategy, Business insight, Innovation, Analytical thinking and Natural problem-solving skills make her a valuable part of the team.

With her previous knowledge and experience, ensuring all of our talented temporary workers were paid each week, she is no stranger to working hard to meet strict deadlines and consistently being highly organised.

Louise enjoys going out and trying weird and wonderful food from around the world with her friends and family, attending live gigs and festivals, and spending time with her furry best friend, Nox (don’t worry, photos are included below!)
