Every consultant gives you a straight quote, no hidden extras, no vague pricing that changes once you're signed up. Right to work checks and referencing get done properly every time, not rushed to hit a placement target. And if a candidate isn't right for the role, or the role itself has a problem worth flagging, we'll tell you. That might cost us a placement fee in the short term, but it's why clients stay with us for years rather than one job at a time.

How does the recruitment process work?
You get in touch with your requirements and we assign you a named consultant who understands your sector. They'll take a proper brief, search and shortlist candidates, then handle interviews, offers and onboarding alongside you.
How quickly can you find candidates?
It depends on the role, but most clients get a first shortlist within days rather than weeks. Temporary and shift cover can often be arranged the same day.
Which areas do you cover?
We recruit across England, Scotland and Wales. London and the South East are handled by our London desk, with regional consultants covering everywhere else.
What does it cost?
Fees depend on the role and whether it's permanent, temporary or contract. Your consultant will give you a clear quote upfront, with nothing hidden in the small print.
Do you charge if you don't find the right candidate?
No. For permanent placements, our fee is only payable once someone starts. We also offer a rebate period if a placement doesn't work out.
Will I have the same consultant throughout?
Yes. You're not passed between different contacts depending on the stage of the process.
Can you help with multiple sites or high volume hiring?
Yes. Whether you're filling one role or staffing several locations, you keep a single point of contact who coordinates it all.
What if I'm not happy with the candidates put forward?
Tell your consultant. They'll go back and refine the search rather than just sending more of the same.
How do you check candidates?
Every candidate has right to work verified and references taken properly before they're put forward. DBS checks are carried out where the role requires them.
