Roles & Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for all incoming enquiries
• Assist in chasing rent arrears
• Book and confirm appointments
• Process council tax exemptions
• Make sure tenants are happy with their properties

Skills & Experience

• Strong telephone manner
• Confident face to face communication
• Ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders
• Strong IT and computer skills
• Team player and confident self-starter
• Strong desire to build a long-term career within property
