Due to an ever-growing UK client base and a recent global acquisition resulting in increased workload, our client is seeking to expand their specialist team with the addition of an enthusiastic IT Support Technician.

The ideal candidate can expect to receive an hourly rate of up to c£14.00ph as well as other employee perks including genuine career progression, as this is an office-based position, applicants should live locally to Nottingham to ease their commute.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Respond to raised issues via ticketing systems
• Provide technical support to clients and end-users, resolving and reporting issues and faults within a timely manner
• Escalate complicated technical issues to the appropriate team, reporting to a manager if needed
• Learn and utilise internal CRM system, applications, and devices
• Adhere to company processes and procedures to ensure customer standards are maintained

Skills & Experience:

• Possess previous experience in a technical support environment
• Confident communicator with customers and colleagues
• Experience in proven fault identifications and troubleshooting beneficial
• Possess a passion for engineering and tech, with willingness to learn and develop skillset and career
