We are currently seeking a Facilities Scheduler to join their team due to significant successful growth of their client pool, therefore the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate previous office experience. Telephone and email communication skills are vital for this role, alongside having a passion for customer service.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound telephone calls from clients with facilities issues
• Co-ordinate planned works via telephone for contractors
• Book surveying appointments for customers within a timely manner
• Respond to incoming telephone and email queries
• Ensure client information is up to date on internal CRMs

Skills & Experience

• Polite and professional telephone manner
• Experience of managing diaries and co-ordinating works
• IT skills, ability to use Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and CRM’s
• Attention to detail, ability to interpret data
• Communication skills both verbal and written
