The successful candidate will be working alongside a warm team who commit to providing a high standard of customer service.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for patients and families
• Liaise with families over telephone and email
• Answer telephone calls and take detailed messages
• Update database with relevant information
• Use MS Office to create letters and documents

Skills & Experience

• Enhanced DBS Essential
• Previous receptionist/front of house experience
• Competent IT skills including MS Office
• Professional telephone manner
• Communication skills
