Due to continued success and expansion, our client is seeking an experienced Private Client Paralegal to join their dedicated team based in Newark.

The ideal candidate will bring a commitment to delivering client service. In return for your hard work and expertise, you will receive a competitive salary of c£26,000, along with the opportunity to grow within a respected and supportive firm.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Advise clients on all private client matters, including wills, probate, trusts, estate administration and lasting powers of attorney
• Prepare and draft wills, LPAs, trust documents, probate applications and support the administration of estates
• Liaise with external stakeholders, executors, beneficiaries and financial advisers to ensure accuracy, compliance and smooth progression of matters
• Correspond with clients to provide updates on case developments, timelines and associated costs
• Research and analyse legal documents, regulations and case law to support the accuracy of advice and private client procedures

Skills & Experience

• Experience working in a similar role within the legal setting
• Ability to offer clear, sensitive and commercially sound advice to clients
• Organised with the ability to manage a varied and often time-sensitive workload
• Communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with clients
• Good attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance in all legal documentation and processes
