The successful candidate will have experience in a credit control or arrears-focused role, with the confidence to pick up the phone, manage difficult conversations, and build strong relationships clients. Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle bank account management and reconciliation
• Produce financial and operational reports
• Chase historic debt and ensure timely resolution
• Support the Client Accounts Manager and Finance Director with general accounts administration
• Begin legal processes when required, working with solicitors and submitting online claims

Skills & Experience

• Experience in credit control, including managing and collecting arrears
• Organisational and administrative skills with a methodical approach
• Good communicator who can manage challenging phone conversations
• Attention to detail, accuracy and time-management
• Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
