Express Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with a growing and forward-thinking legal practice who are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join their Nottingham city centre office.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and capable Paralegal with experience across both residential and commercial conveyancing matters to join a busy and supportive property team. The successful candidate will assist with a varied caseload while ensuring transactions progress efficiently from instruction through to completion.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist with residential and commercial conveyancing transactions
• Support property sales and purchases from instruction through to completion
• Prepare legal documentation including contracts, leases and agreements
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties to progress matters
• Maintain accurate case files and support fee earners with file progression

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience working as a Conveyancing Paralegal or Legal Assistant
• Experience within residential and/or commercial conveyancing
• Good understanding of the conveyancing process and property transactions
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
