We’re currently working with a client looking to build their team with their exciting extension plans with a New Business Development Executive in a fully remote capacity.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a B2B business development role, with the ability to open new opportunities through reengaging with dormant accounts and winning new logo business.

The successful candidate for this role will need to be based within the UK as small amounts of travel to UK based clients may be required.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by upselling to existing customers, reactivating dormant accounts, and securing new business across a diverse product portfolio
• Build and maintain strong relationships with businesses, enhancing the customer journey and maximising long-term value
• Identify and convert opportunities within zero-spend and inactive accounts through proactive outreach and targeted business development
• Leverage customer insights to support cross-selling of additional product ranges, helping customers expand their service offering
• Meet and exceed sales, gross profit, and margin targets while maintaining accurate customer records, monitoring market trends, and collaborating with senior leadership to review performance

Skills & Experience

• Previous B2B sales experience essential, having sold products
• Ability to assess and understand customer needs to fulfil their requirements
• Good relationship building skills with stakeholders at varying levels of seniority
• Long term career aims
