Express Recruitment are proud to be working in partnership with a well-established and forward-thinking law firm who are seeking a Legal Advisor to join their specialist New Build team based in Mansfield.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative firm offering a modern working environment and genuine career development. You will manage a caseload of new build property transactions within a fast-paced, deadline-driven team, supported by a strong internal structure that allows you to focus on the technical aspects of the role.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of new build residential property transactions (freehold and leasehold)
• Review and report on contract packs including title, plans and developer documentation
• Raise initial enquiries and ensure key matters are addressed early in the process
• Check searches, mortgage offers and scheme documentation where applicable
• Liaise with developers, agents, lenders and solicitors to progress transactions
• Work to tight exchange deadlines and ensure transactions progress efficiently
• Provide a high level of client care throughout the transaction process

Skills & Experience

• 2–3 years’ experience within residential conveyancing
• Experience within new build transactions advantageous
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy caseload
• Excellent communication skills and client-focused approach
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proactive, detail-oriented and a strong team player

Vacancy Summary
