Charlie joined Express Recruitment as a Technical Recruitment Consultant in 2016, after graduating from University of Manchester’s business school with a First Class degree. After showing excellent leadership capability and proven results across all of our permanent divisions, he became a company Director in 2019.

No matter which part of the recruitment process you’re in, Charlie will be able to assist you, thanks to his expertise and knowledge across all of our divisions at every stage.

Many of our clients find Charlie very down to earth and easy to talk to, however his admirable ability to understand the varying requirements across our clients’ sectors and the intricacies of the roles they are recruiting for. It’s no surprise that many clients choose to work exclusively with Charlie and Express Recruitment whenever they require a new member of staff.

Charlie mainly spends his time looking for innovative ways to develop Express Recruitment, working closely with the entire Recruitment Team, Sales and Marketing Team and Finance and Analytics Team.

Being a dedicated Manchester United fan, when he’s not cheering for his team, Charlie enjoys hitting the gym to stay fit or enjoys going for a walk with his 2 lovely dogs. Being a food enthusiast who loves trying new culinary delights, he enjoys trying new plates and dishes but can’t resist savoring a good beer, rounding out his diverse interests.
