After deciding that she was excited to join the world of work in 2023, Freya joined our team to leave the classroom and join the office. Alongside her NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service to help her grow into one of our Customer Service Superstars.

At work, Freya spins many plates like writing CVs, supporting our consultants with getting the most out of their registrations and helps out around the office with general tasks – we truly don’t know where we would be without her!

Freya absolutely loves catching Nottingham Forest matches, soaking in the incredible stadium atmosphere. Her furry friend, Cooper, is her constant source of joy, and they enjoy spending quality time together. Freya’s all about those leisurely walks and camping adventures in the scenic beauty of Wales and Scotland. When she’s kicking back at home, you’ll often find her engrossed in murder mystery novels, which happen to be her favorite genre.
