They are seeking a driven and ambitious Business Development Representative to play a key role in generating new business and driving revenue growth across international markets.

This is an exciting opportunity suited to a highly motivated, target-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. The successful candidate will be confident in outbound sales, comfortable engaging with European markets, and eager to develop a career within a growing organisation.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across the UK and Europe
  • Conduct high-volume outbound sales activity (calls, emails, networking) to generate leads
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospects from initial contact through to handover
  • Build relationships with new clients across online, retail, and distribution channels
  • Deliver persuasive, value-led sales pitches to key decision-makers
  • Utilise internal databases and own initiative to source and develop new leads
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer behaviour to inform sales strategy
  • Travel to client meetings and industry events across the UK and Europe when required

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a confident telephone manner
  • Highly target-driven with a proactive and resilient approach to sales
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative to generate opportunities
  • Ability to speak a European language is advantageous
  • Full UK Driving Licence preferred
