Role & Responsibilities

• Provide diary management and support to the conveyancing team
• Create professional documents and progress transactions
• Handle all client enquiries with a high level of care and efficiency
• Maintain confidentiality of all information always
• Check documents for completeness

Skills & Experience

• Experience within an administrative or secretarial role
• Audio typing/digital dictation skills advantageous
• Exposure to Conveyancing advantageous
• Good communication skills
