Due to continued success and expansion, our client is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join their dedicated team based in Southwell.

The ideal candidate will bring proven experience within conveyancing and a strong commitment to delivering client service. In return for your hard work and expertise, you will receive a competitive salary of around c£26,000, dependent on experience, along with the opportunity to grow within a respected and supportive firm.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Advise clients on all conveyancing matters, including property sales and purchases
• Prepare sales packs, submit SDLT returns, complete land registration forms, and manage the exchange and completion of contracts
• Negotiate and draft contracts with external stakeholders to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Correspond with clients to provide updates on case developments, timelines and costs
• Research and analyse legal documents and case law to support the accuracy of advice and conveyancing procedures

Skills & Experience

• Previous conveyancing experience highly advantageous
• Ability to offer clear and commercial advice on cases
• Organised with the ability to manage a varied workload
• Communication skills and rapport building with clients
• Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance in all legal documentation
