Our client, a leading provider of financial management solutions, is seeking a proactive, assertive and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, supporting post-implementation success, and helping customers maximise long-term value.

There is an excellent remuneration package on offer including a basic salary of c£40k-£55k (flexible upwards) with the potential of a 4-day working week, 25 days holiday plus stats, plus flexible and remote working options.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Own customer relationships from implementation handover through to long-term success
• Build strong, proactive partnerships with customers, developing success plans aligned to their goals and strategy
• Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers on best practices to drive product adoption and successful outcomes
• Manage and deliver educational sessions, resources, webinars, newsletters and events to enhance customer knowledge and engagement
• Gather customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams and third parties to communicate needs and support product improvements

Skills & Experience

• Experience in a customer success, account management role or similar
• Confident engaging senior finance leaders regarding accounting workflows, business objectives and software challenges
• Experience with financial software systems
• Written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and with confidence
