Express Recruitment is delighted to be working alongside one of the UK’s leading manufacturers, specialising in bespoke manufacturing solutions on behalf of global industry sectors! To be considered for this role the candidate must hold a valid in date external Counterbalance license plus an external license or proven internal training on operating a Side Loader (our client is happy to renew out of date external licenses).  

The successful candidate will receive a competitive starting salary of up to c£30,809 D.O.E and will be working weekly rotating shifts, consisting of Monday to Friday, 6:00am-2:00pm and 2:00pm-10:00pm.

Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Carry out daily equipment checks ensuring stock matches up with database 
• Ensure all goods in/out flow are loaded and unloaded safely and allocated correctly  
• Strategically pick and prepare pallet orders for overnight dispatch  
• Ensure all stock allocations and movement are reported correctly  
• Produce relevant paperwork for outbound deliveries via ERP system 

Skills & Experience Required: 

• Valid Counterbalance License essential  
• Previous experience on a combi/side loader truck highly desirable (in-date external license highly preferable)  
• Previous experience within a fast paced, manufacturing/stockyard environment  
• Computer literate on MS applications and ERP systems desirable  
• Experience liaising with customers and suppliers 
• Full Clean Driver’s License
