Express Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with a growing and well-established business who are seeking a Field Sales Executive to join their team covering the Devon/Exeter area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a field-based role focused on relationship management rather than hard sales. You will be responsible for managing existing accounts, maintaining product displays and identifying opportunities to grow revenue within your territory.

This role offers a great balance of autonomy and support, with a strong earning potential through commission and a company vehicle provided.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Visit existing customer accounts to check stock levels, rotate products and manage returns
• Ensure in-store displays are well presented, fully stocked and maintained to a high standard
• Identify opportunities to increase product range and grow account value
• Build strong working relationships with store owners and staff
• Manage your own schedule, route planning and reporting via tablet

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a field-based, sales or account management role
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 points
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own workload
• Professional and customer-focused approach
