Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an Flexographic Printer to join their high-performing production team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of label printing, and previous experience operating servo-driven narrow web presses.

Role & Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain 10-colour narrow web servo-driven Flexographic presses (e.g. Arsoma, MPS, Nilpeter)
• Maintain high standards of print quality, efficiency, and housekeeping
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or print quality issues
• Manage print schedules to meet business and customer requirements
• Carry out general maintenance and ensure cleanliness of all press equipment
• Support and train new and existing team members as needed

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience running flexographic printing presses
• experience with 8/10 colour presses (Arsoma, MPS, Nilpeter)advantageous
• Some knowledge of label printing techniques such as hot foil, screen, and peel & read
• problem-solving skills with a hands-on, proactive approach
• communication skills and a collaborative team attitude
• attention to detail with the ability to follow strict production processes
