Express Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with an industry leading manufacturer who are recruiting a Project Manager to join their expanding team, based near Nottingham.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering new business and driving future growth, managing projects from initial brief through to product delivery across multiple sites. With a proactive and collaborative approach, you will act as the key interface between customers and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

There is an excellent remuneration package on offer including a basic salary of up to £48k, 10% bonus, hybrid/flexible working options alongside an array of further benefits.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Translate project briefs into clear requirements and coordinate communication across teams
• Develop and manage project plans, risks, costs, and reporting to ensure delivery within scope and budget
• Act as the primary project contact, building and maintaining strong customer and stakeholder relationships
• Lead cross-functional meetings, track progress, and drive accountability for timelines and deliverables
• Conduct reviews, implement improvements, and enhance project management tools and processes

Skills and Experience

• Experience in a similar project management position within the FMCG sector, or similar
• Ability to effectively manage relationships with key stakeholders
• Ability to impact and influence cross-functional teams
• Proactive mindset
• Excellent communication skills
