Express Recruitment are partnering with a growing, well-established business looking to recruit a Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimise campaigns across multiple platforms, focusing on delivering efficient, scalable paid media activity across Google, Microsoft, Meta and more, driving high-quality leads and strong commercial performance.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience across paid channels, with a data-led mindset and a strong understanding of performance metrics.

Our client is offering a fantastic salary of c£35,000 along with great benefits including private healthcare, 30 days holiday with the option to buy an additional 5.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise paid media campaigns across search, display and social channels
• Take ownership of performance against CPA and lead targets
• Monitor results and adjust budgets to maximise return
• Run testing across creatives, audiences and bidding strategies
• Analyse and report on performance, providing clear insights

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience managing paid media campaigns
• Strong understanding of CPA, CPL and lead generation performance
• Experience managing budgets and delivering measurable results
• Confident using reporting tools such as Looker Studio and Excel
