Express Recruitment are pleased to be supporting a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in Mansfield who are looking to recruit a Paralegal to join their busy and growing team.

This role is ideal for someone with either experience in a legal setting or a legal degree who is keen to develop their career within a supportive and professional environment. The successful candidate will work closely with Conveyancers providing essential assistance across residential conveyancing matters while delivering a high standard of client care.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the Conveyancer with all aspects of residential property conveyancing matters
• Communicate effectively with clients by telephone and email, handling enquiries professionally
• Prepare and submit SDLT returns and HM Land Registry applications
• Review title documents, prepare contract packs and supporting documentation
• Maintain accurate records, files, accounts and general administrative tasks

Skills & Experience

• Either experience in a similar legal role or a law degree
• Proficient IT skills particularly Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail
• Previous experience supporting fee earners on residential property matters is desirable
