Our client is seeking a reliable and proactive Property Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and smooth running of two large residential properties.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Maintain outdoor grounds to a clean, safe, and presentable standard
• Carry out general property maintenance across both interiors and exteriors
• Complete PPM and reactive maintenance within agreed timeframes
• Log and report repairs, hazards, near misses, and H&S concerns
• Assist with room setups for meetings, events, and property activities

Skills & Qualifications
• Full, clean UK driving licence (essential)
• Experience in general maintenance, repairs, or groundskeeping
• Strong interest in property maintenance or development
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Flexible approach to occasional reactive call-outs
