Express Recruitment are working with a client who have exciting expansion plans and are recruiting for an Account Manager to join their team, on a hybrid working basis in their Nottingham Office.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience within the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry in a sales or Account Manager role. The candidate must also have proven experience of building on existing accounts and increasing spend.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to build a long-term career with excellent progression opportunities. The salary on offer is c£28,000 and an uncapped OTE, plus an array of further benefits.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain contact with National and Regional clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
• Ascertain and qualify the quality of new leads and report via CRM
• Identify and contact prospects
• Presenting the features and benefits of company products to clients
• Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets
• Represent the company at external events including exhibitions, client conferences and client hospitality events

Skills & Experience 

• Previous B2B sales experience essential
• Ability to assess and understand customer needs to fulfil their requirements
• Previous experience in the healthcare sector advantageous
• Long term career aims
• Full UK licence (Travel to clients may be required)
