Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases and remortgages
• Handle complex matters with particular expertise in new build purchases
• Provide clear, accurate and timely advice to clients, ensuring a smooth conveyancing process
• Supervise junior team members and provide guidance where required
• Maintain working relationships with clients, referrers and colleagues across the business

Skills & Experience

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive with experience in residential conveyancing
• Background in new build transactions is essential
• Previous supervisory or team management experience preferred
• Organised with attention to detail and time management
• Self-motivated, proactive and committed to delivering client service
