Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, and remortgages
• Handle complex matters with particular expertise in new build purchases
• Provide clear, accurate, and timely advice to clients, ensuring a smooth conveyancing process
• Supervise junior team members and provide guidance where required
• Maintain strong working relationships with clients, referrers, and colleagues across the business

Skills & Qualifications: 

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive with proven experience in residential conveyancing
• Background in new build transactions is essential
• Previous supervisory or team management experience preferred
• Organised with excellent attention to detail and time management
